UPDATE!! - 02/15/09: After over 4 years of being off-line, the magnetic poetry is making its comeback! Stay tuned, as we're coming online again soon!

This is a log of all the magnetic poetry that has been created throughout the last year or so. It will, in theory be updated daily. We created this log because we didn't want to lose all the poetry we created when we have to move in about a month, so, thus, this page was born. We want to share this poetry with all of you, because we feel that you, the public, ought to be able to enjoy it as well.

Included with each poem is the name of the author, if known/remembered, and a bit of information about the poetry. You, the lovely public, are also being graced (read: subjected to) with the opportunity (curse?) of getting to see my own personal commentary on each poem as they are presented. What fun!

Dan:
Your's truly. I maintain this site, and the contact info provided is mine. I will be happy to answer any and all questions not listed in the FAQ section below.
I am an English major, as well as a Music major, so expect a whole range of things from humorous to somber from me. I tend to be the most serious poet of all of us.

Joe:
Computer Major Extraordinaire. As the most logical member of our group, he writes Zany poems, complete with reckless abandon for the English lang-wage. Throw in a twist of debauchery, and you've got yourself some pure, unadulterated fun!

Danielle:
She's like a party, for your brain. Danielle, the med student, certainly knows how to separate work from pleasure. She writes when she needs a break... resulting in a lot of references to partying, booze, and drinking. Usually. Hehe.

Guest artists are also frequently stopping by, so look out for them too!


FAQ section:


Q: Why did you start this project?

A: This project was started to preserve the poems created over the last (few) year(s) so that they might be saved forever and ever. (Especially since we're moving to a new apartment at the end of August 2004.) It also happens to be a bonus that we get to share them with the public. ^_^


Q: How many sets of Magnetic Poetry do you actually have?

A: Currently we are using 8 other sets in addition to the Original MaPo set.


Q: Which sets do you own?

A: The Original set, Country Songs, Put Downs, Book Lovers, Rock 'n Roll, Pickup Lines, Party, College, and Cat Lover sets.

Q: Can I submit magnetic poetry to your site?

A: You're welcome to email me with your own poems, though I can't promise that they will be posted. Perhaps if I run out of material from our own fridge, sure! But until then, maybe. If it's a really good poem, I might consider it.


Q: I added you as a friend, but why didn't you add me back?

A: Just because I don't add you back, doesn't mean I dont apprecicate the +DevWatch. This is not my main DA account (which can be found here: [link] ). Therefore, the only reason why I don't add you as a friend back is so that I don't have to deal with the recent deviation pages. You are, however, encouraged to comment (which I WILL do my best to answer promptly), and to add me to your friend's list, if you want to receive updates each time I post.
